I'm not really sure if it will work on an iPad, all I just know that it will work on some 7 inch tablets, the description for this auction will let you know some of the tablets that it does not work on, but I am not really sure if it's meant for iPad though.

It may work on nook, i'm not really sure, because I never used it on a nook, it was previous used on a mid tablet, but it may work on one though
