I upgraded to another phone and this phone according to my carrier is locked and can't be turned on by any other carrier. I can't confirm one way or the other so that's why its going as scrap. thanks

I just want to say I appreciate all of you and don't mean to make anyone mad. Sorry if I came off that way. If this helps my carrier wasn't Cellular One,Verizon,At&t,Sprint ect.... I called them and told them I was giving this away, they said you can't connect this to any other carrier. I said well I just want to give it away.. They kind of came off like they didn't want me to do it, why I don't know..Thanks again.

I said well I just want to give it away.. They kind of came off like they didn't want me to do it, why I don't know..If your from Oklahoma and have Pioneer Cellular it will for sure work but no where else according to them..I don't know so it's going as scrap. Actually you can carry it to another cellular company, because there is codes that you have to put into the phone. I know just about anything about cell phones. I have been working with them since I was about 10 years old. I know where you will loose your call at. I can turn a current contract phone into a prepaid phone with no problem with putting the codes in there. Don't let cell phone companys tell you a bunch of lies. They only tell you that so you will spend your hard earned money on another phone.
