Berlin, 2048 - The world is on the verge of collapse. The lack of resources, such as diseases caused by pollutants in the air and water, a growing crime wave, a war ... Governments and corporations promise remediation through the progress of technology. Drones and humans replace humans in public sectors. Everything is connected: security monitoring has become ubiquitous.
Richard Nolan is one of the few journalists who openly criticize these developments. When he awakens a hospital after an explosion and discovers that his wife and son mysteriously disappear, Richard realizes that he and his family are most affected by what eyewitnesses cause conflicts between the ideals of saving people, divided between a dystopian reality and a digital utopia. Now, they are right in the middle of everything.
This family drama evolved into a great mystery about a worldwide breath, which seeks, critically, to determine the fate of the human race: could a digital utopia be the same solution, a virtual paradise unchanged by materials and differences? Could a super-AI be our savior or just in expendable statements because they cannot learn or value philanthropy?
What would the world be like after this conflict? What will be left of humanity?
