I'd say womens. There's not a tag in the dress that differentiates the two, it just says "medium." It was a bit snug on me, but it was still comfortable.

Yes, my home is smoke free, I should have mentioned that in the description! But I normally wear 6-8 size dress where can fit nicely. So, since the tag really didn't give a numerical size, I'd 4-5. It fit on me, but it was a bit snug.
