Hi, It is brand new, I only took it out to try to hang it but it deemed impossible as a single mom so I am selling it. It is 8 ft from end to end. I need to add I do not think it is of the best quality because my ex bought it for me and I am sure he did not spend much! lol. It is made of that rope and had nice ties and a stainless ring at each end but I dont know much about them. Hope that helped in some way!
