The boxer have XL inside of them. But I wanted to make sure that's what size they were. I placed a ruler beside the band to show the real size. Then looked on the package it said medium. 23-26 inch band. I have listed the picture with the ruler beside the band just in case there was any question un-answered. The band size is about 24-26 inches.
