The Serial Number Looks to be a Little High too; if I wasn't on a Fixed Income I'd Send it in, but Maybe one of you can Afford to... are you sure this is a 1935, cuz in 35 they didn't have (in god we trust) on the back.. well, all the ones i have don't have that..

It is Clearly Marked Series 1935 G on the Front; Definitely has "In God We Trust" on the Back too, I just Rechecked it Myself to Make sure it was the Right Picture for the Back... This may be an Even More Valuable Bill than I Realized; Thank you for your Comment, and God Bless!$!

Well Good Luck to you; Bid Appropriately, and that's Exactly what I was Thinking... Plus you have to Factor in the Errors on the Dollar Bill; there are a lot More Collectors out there Looking for Such Errors who will Pay a Premium Over the Normal Value, and this has at least 2 Errors on it!$!

Please check your 100+ notes again...
Most likely, you will have the more common Series C and Series E.
Series D, Series F and Series G are comparatively HARDER TO FIND.

Must be something to do with "print quantities".
I collect { and know a lot about ] Indian currency; some factors apply to
currencies all over the world.
I will recheck the 6 or 7 that i have and come back

Does your wad of 1935 currency have any note from Series 1935 G but
WITHOUT the "In God We Trust" ?
Not 1935 / 1935 A / 1935 B etcetera, mind you... but 1935 G

The number should , in all likelihood, have a prefix A - B or C instead of "D" as in my note and John's.

I found a SIMILAR 1935G note in my collection that was printed ahead of
the one in this auction.
It bears the number D49870627J, everything else being the same.
