Yes, it's adjustable with Velcro to stay on your arm

Im not familiar with the ipod nano. I have an apple Ipod and fits in the sleeve but barely, except it's touch screen rather then push button so it wont work inside the sleeve.

I don't believe so, as long as its smaller then an iPod touch and is push button not touch screen

Because there's a plastic cover on the front side of the band so u can see the screen but not touch it
