Yes, its been used but maybe twice. The shading point and one stamp are missing, thats how I bought it-I really didn't miss them though. It's a really cool little tool, all kinds of uses for it. Not just crafting.

Thank you for the info. I would ship for free if it was over 200.
It doesn't have an instruction manual but does give instructions on how to make different items and gives ideas on how to use the different tips. It's pretty easy to figure out. It transfers images onto other items and will cut stencils and seal plastic edges, it has a caligraphy point and will cut foam, etc.
