FREE: Tea Server *looking for good home*

The listing, Tea Server *looking for good home* has ended.

Up for grabs is a Tea Server that needs some serious TLC.
I don't have the means of cleaning it but I can tell someone has cleaned it before (there is white cleaner
in some of the grooves).
I DO NOT KNOW IF IT'S STERLING SILVER OR NOT, so please don't ask.
I have done my best to take pictures but if you want any better close up shots, please let me know and I can add more.
It is 3 pieces: The base (somewhat heavy), the glass decanter and the topper. The glass canister is top heavy when it's not in the base.
I cannot find ANY markings on it but if you like ornate things, this may be for you.
It certainly is a conversation piece and with some elbow grease to clean it up, it should be a beautiful piece.
The glass is in perfect condition (with the exception of someone cleaning it) and is very top heavy standing alone.
Please read carefully, I will not change anything in this description....

Not sure of age or anything more about it. All I know it's a Tea Server.
