Sorry the name on the photo did not come out as clear as I expected. It is a MDC 3000. Mustek is a well known for its digital electronics and audio video systems.

Yes you can record short movies and burst pictures. Just select the video setting.

Most people do not know that almost every digital camera can be used as a webcam. Just plug the usb cord in and adjust your computer settings...Your good to go.

Honestly I cant remember when I have not shipped for free. All my auctions are well bid on. On certain items I have to put shipping in. For example...if someone bid just 1 point VS bids of 1000 on an item. I would not dream of asking for shipping. And I always send an advanced email to the winning bidder telling them not to send shipping cost. And that I will ship it for free.

Yes I do have paypal. I actually prefer to use it. However, many people do not use paypal therefore other payment methods can be arranged.
