Description

The listing, Vintage Harvest Junk Craft Jewelry 50+ Piece 4+ Pound Huge Lot Tiered has ended.

Great odd lot of harvestable jewelry for crafts, jewelry making, OOAK art pieces and such...about 4.5 pounds worth.

Many broken vintage pieces. I saw a couple of Coro, Trifari, Hong Kong, Napier and Monet marked pieces. There is one silver Art Deco collar clip that is a very stunning piece that I am sure someone will be able to restore to it's former glory. Also some newer pieces in vintage styles, beads, what looked like fresh water pearls and some really nice murano art glass which includes one very nice cross.

Great pieces! Must see all pictures! Oh and did I mention, not all pieces have been photograped...this is just a sampling of what you will get! Lot's of glimmer in this lot.

At 500 in bids I will include the unmarked yet stunning green gem and gold tone collar clip. pictured in the last five pictures. Missing only 1 stone.

At 1000 in bids I will be adding a beautiful vintage jewelry box with working lock and key.

And here's the kicker, if we get to 3000 in bids I will be including a GARNE JEWELRY piece. (Pictured in last five photos) Yes, that's right The Garne mark was first used in 1945 by a small costume jewelry company in New York called the Garne Jewelry Company. Their pieces are hard to find. This piece is only missing 4 stones out of more than 100 gems!!!

If we don't reach 3000 in bids, be sure to watch my listings for it being listed alone!

Don't miss it! Put your highest bid in now and WATCH!!

@northpine. If you win I want a picture of you with your starfish on. Sames goes if I win. You'd be on the hook to model it. Send the photo off to Sherri too, of course. That would be fun.

This is SUCH a nice lot! When I first got on Listia I got rid of all my old costume jewelry, often in large lots (but not THIS large) and they were great listings, really got me excited about Listia! Good luck with the bids!

Yeah Jessica, this is a fun auction from a really great seller.

I think this auction ought to go a lot higher - you know, it does deserve the extra credit. I give the auction an A plus for putting great stuff up for auction, showing support for Listia and bringing folks together in a fairly unique way. More power to you Sherri, outstanding auction.

Aww you guys are all so sweet! I appreciate it. It sucks how family can sock it to you sometimes, especially over things that mean something to you.
I'm not out yet though, crossing my fingers, but you know how things are! I really do thank you, though, it means so much to me.

I've got my heart set on that starfish, I was promised one just like that by my grandmother and unfortunately sticky fingers by some relatives made off with it. If I don't win this, will the winner please consider selling it to me? I love the entire lot, I also make jewelry, but that one piece has got me wrapped all around this one!
Jul 16th, 2010 at 6:37:18 AM PDT by

Awwww..if the winner is up to it I will ship directly to Northpine...I too had a jewelry piece that my Greatgrandmother had that she had told me would be mine one day...After her passing I found that it along with several other pieces had been pawned by a cousin that was a drug addict...so sad!

By the way, do we have any beaders in the house??? I have an Native American bead making set that I keep looking at and it's time to pass it on...If we do make it to 3000, I'm tossing it in. :-) I actually have two, so I think I might list one.

Jul 15th, 2010 at 7:28:03 PM PDT by

Thanks for the vote of confidence :-) But I know me if it dosen't get to 3000 and I am forced to relist it alone...It will be reaaaaaalllll hard to part with. As of right now it is already tucked in the box with the other items ready to be packed in a priorty box and shipped to the winner...I don't want to take it back out....Out of sight out of mind...lol!

Alright guys, the Green gem collar clip and j vintage jewelry box is now in the lot and all the other harvestable vintage pieces are snugg inside ready for YOUR address! As for the kicker, I wanted to see what todays estimate is on it as it was about 4 years ago when I had the last estimate done. I took it by a Vintage Jewelry place here in Atlanta and the buyer offered me $45 for it, then when I said no that I was saving it as a "gift" for someone special she offered $60...so that should tell you a little something about it. This is def a piece to fix and hold on to. I have decided that 3000 is a little high and my Listia buddies shouldn't have to try so hard so I have dropped the bid amount to 2500!!! That's right, at 2500 "The kicker" goes in!!! Call it a stimulus plan of sorts...lol! Alright gang that's it for my daily update! Good luck!

I like your auction Sherri. This auction gets in my Top 5 easy.

I think the kicker you added is kicking with both feet and maybe one knee. That's one heck of a kicker you threw in.

Lol...yeah I like the one that kick and scream all the way to the winners house...lol...and it is quite a kicker...lol!

Yeah, I'm hoping this one will get up there. The Garne piece is estimated in it's unrepaired condition to value between $250 to $300. I've had it for years, but never got arround to having it restored...sooooo off it goes...Hopefully to the winner of this lot!
