If you use paypal to ship, it is much cheaper and delivery confirmation is free. I am at a loss here... Can you explain what this item is and why it needs a base?

I do not have the option to print from PayPal because we are moving and everything has been given away or sold. Normally that is what I do, but I have to take it to the post office this time. Miche is a brand of purse. It has shells that are interchangeable and you can take them off and put on a different one which is what I have here. If you Google it you will see exactly what it is. These normally go from $12-$20 apiece depending on the shell. The bases normally are $30-$50. The base is the purse you keep no matter what, all you have to do is change the shell in order to change the look of your purse.
