That is the pricing for the medium flat rate box, that is the box it fits in and doesn't get messed up.

If I can find a box that it fits in and is cheaper I will let you know.

If you go to the post office they have wax paper like envelopes I sent a baby dress in one and it didn't get messed up at all and it fit ver nicely and it was like $5.15 to send
