I am not really good at dating and the barbie thing, lol but on the bottom of the box it says "2001 Mattel, Inc" along with a bunch of other information (like a clause or small print to a legal paper) lol Hope this helps, if not please let me know where else I can look to get that info for you :0)

I have another Barbie in another auction, be sure to check her out I think she is older, although she has several dates on her box thats why I am confused on which date actually dates her personally , thanks for watching and good luck :0)
