It's brand new, you do have to sharpen these. you can smudge it if you want with a sponge applicator or your fingers.
the ones that sharpen by themselves are called glimmersticks! let me know if you're interested -i could list them!.

yes most really like these. some prefer the soft twist up pencils Avon calls Glimmersticks. I'll be listing those too.

other eye liner colors we have are dark brown, khaki, eggplant(purple), midnight(dark)blue, charcoal grey. I would start them at 25 also.

Well I was selling it for awhile...about 8 months actually, but I don't have a vehicle running at the moment and no other source of income either, so it got too hard for me to keep up with ordering the books and everything so I had to stop for now. Hoping I will be able to start back up soon though.
