I won this on Listia a few months ago. Selling some stuff to bankroll Christmas, etc. since I am not working. I have copied and pasted the former owners discription. - "This is for a VINTAGE REPRINT that I was going to Frame out, but never got around to it:NEW YORK HERALD, FRIDAY, APRIL 15th, 1865.
It is OLD and has AGE Yellowing and Stains. Plus on crease/folds, paper is splitting, but Print is still Legible.
