Sing-A-Long Game with Mother Goose. Milton Bradley Nursery Rhyme Games. Ages 3+, 2 to 4 players. Comes with instructions, board, cartridges, and Mother Goose with buttons to push! She still works, and I took video if you want to see it. In like-new condition! But this was used at a day care.

Yes, this toy does work. It does not look like it has been used much, and it does need batteries. This toy was given to me this past year and has just been sitting in the box on a shelf. Details are in the description and photos. Please look at them.
