The front camera doesn't work because of some software related Issue as the camera does Pop up when the front camera is supposed to be used, But just shows a black screen instead. I have no Idea to why it's happening or what the fix could be. And the device is not USA specific, So there's no lock or any sort of limitations in the Career, Any network sim card could be used.
