Gold in color. I think,this is called vermeil. a layer of gold is electoplated onto Sterling silver. Pretty sure.
Pretty connected hearts, one with sparkly diamond type embellishments. I don't know what kind of sparkles they are so I can't say they are diamonds but they look like them and have a nice shine.
