The listing, Stunning Set of 2 Vintage Prisms! Diamond and Sphere Shapes! has ended.

These Prisms are absolutely gorgeous, and sadly, the Photos just do not do them any justice! They actually came from an Antique Chandelier, and now I have decided to List them here for that Arts and Crafts Creator, DIY Lover, and or, anyone else who can find a special place to repurpose them!

• These will make excellent pieces for any type of Suncatcher! Just add some beads, sturdy string, and 1 of these Prisms to the Bottom, and you will be sure to catch every single ray of color from the Sun! Maybe even use them for a Jewelry Inspired Project!

• To give you an idea of their size, I took a pic of each Prism sitting in my hand, as you can see in the last 2 photos.

• The Winner will receive both the Diamond Shape Prism and the Round Prism, which almost has a neat Hot Air Balloon Look to it!

I'm actually not 100% positive. And I don't want to try to bang 1 off anything hard to find out! Haha!

What I do know of them though is that, they are from an Antique Chandelier my Dad and Brother found in a house they were helping Flip. They said the Chandelier was definitely from the Late 60s, possibly early 70s, based on its design.

But I apologize that I couldn't give you a more Solid Answer. Thank you for Stopping By with your Questions though!

I definitely don't think they are Plastic, just based on the Era they are from and the fact that they were found on a Very Upscale Chandelier. But again, I don't want to hit them off anything to see if they'll break to find out either. Haha!

However, I can say that they definitely have a very nice weight to them, and they aren't just a Hollow Plastic Material.

ok. I appreciate your explataion. so, how about this: Do they feel cold to the touch when you pick them up? or more like room temperature? (if they feel cold they are either glass or crystal.)

That's actually a really great idea to test then out. But I actually Packaged them up already to be shipped out as soon as I saw there were Bids, so I do apologize.

Just to be on the safe side, I am just going to say they aren't glass. However, they seriously do create such spectacular rainbows and colors, with even the slightest bit of Sunlight! And that's not an exaggeration at all!
