The only changes I'll make are to change the personal text but if you want all of the text removed i can do that too BUT the images will not change. That means it will still be a red and white memo sheet with the listia symbol at the top. :)

Yes, I just have been writing out my own notes to send with the winners items, and I always use the same words, and you are the only person that I've seen with these. I don't need the top text because I write "Hello _____"
Blah blah blah.....
