This is a little bear called Matthew and it is also labelled as " A dash of love sweetens any day!" It is dated 1995 and is from Enesco. It is a bear sitting cake between his legs and a recipe under his foot. He has a blue and white checkered bandana around his neck. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
