The listing, Back to the Roots Organic Mini Mushroom Grow Kit has ended.

I've enjoyed growing these gourmet oyster mushroom kits SO MUCH! I just have to share one with my fellow Listia gardeners.

The directions are easy to follow. The first pic is one of my own kits after just 11 days!

Just grow it immediately upon arrival, following the included instructions. Easy, step-by-step.
You can even get an extra grow out of it, following the instructions. Or follow some Youtube videos to learn how to multiply/reuse your "spent" substrate. Experimenting is fun.

Mushrooms have lots of nutrients. They are a great addition to your food gardening experience!

I have the Back To The Roots system with the fish. Not, totally think this is great system.

So far I love all of the Back To The Roots products that I've tried. I haven't got the one with the fish tank thing, though.
They have the herb garden and a windowsill tomato kit and microgreens and so many other cool food growing opportunities,

Absolutely! Oyster mushrooms are a gourmet variety that you would normally find fresh or dried in the produce section of your local grocery store. They're awesome. Watching 'em grow and eating 'em homegrown is a whole extra special experience.
