Crystals,gemstones,liquids,beads,charms,tiny mini bubble gum balls,beach sand,beach glass,ashes,gold and silver flakes,small stones,mini origami,rice,secret messages,you can also glue austrian crystals to them or you can paint them!...and many more possibilities

These do not come with the glue or the necklace. These are just the vials. Bought them for a family thing, turns out I wasn't able to use them.

Do these have the topper for the tops? Also do they have the link to be able to add it to a necklace?

You get the vials, the stoppers, the metal tops that have a hole in them so you can put them on a necklace. It comes with everything you need, but the glue. :) Please let me know if you have any further questions!!
