To redeem on your Mac or PC:
1. Open iTunes and click iTunes Store.
2. Click Redeem.
3. Enter the code.
4. Download the app.

Hi JessicaOltrogge. I'm not quite sure what you're asking. SoundHound Infinity is an app that can "listen" to songs and identify the artist and name of the song for you. If you're asking how many songs it can identify, that is determined by how many songs and how often the SoundHound app creators add said songs to their database. Hope that helps.
