You can't this at a regular store. It's a Disney Exclusive so Walmart, target, kmart, and all those retail stores will never, nor will ever carry this item. It's a rare piece if you don't happen to go to Disneyland or if there's not one by your house. I live 20 mins away and have season pass =D .. so go all the time.

I was just at Disneyland and believe me, he wasn't there. This may be limited edition, which makes it even more rare! Fanned and watching.
