These are grown with no pesticides, no fertilizers and only natural compost (no animal products or by-products) from my own garden!

As soon as I receive your address and your option, (Dried or Fresh and Leaf Size: S/M/L) these will go into the mail.

If you choose fresh, I'll go into my garden, cut them, wash & dry them, package them with care and they will be on their way to you! Straight from my garden to your mailbox!

NOTE: I will do my best to send you large uniform-sized leaves. If you want small or medium-sized ones, please let me know and I'll toss in some extras!

IMPORTANT: Upon receipt, open package and remove leaves from plastic bag! Fresh herbs are fragrant and need to breath! You can use these immediately or dry the leaves yourself (wrap in a piece of tulle and place in your fridge) or repack them and place in freezer. You can even cut them up, put them in ice cube trays and cover with olive oil for later use! (Make sure you put the herb-cubes in a sealed plastic bag.) I place a full leaf on individual chicken breasts and wrap in parchment paper for baking! These are wonderful for Thanksgiving dinner!

Although I can't guarantee that the leaves will be perfect, I strive for excellence and will try to keep them as uniform, fresh and perfect as they can be under mailing conditions.

*Dried sage is dehydrated naturally and you will receive more than just ten leaves - I'll send you an entire branch - including those beautiful (and flavorful) tiny sprouts! It equals about 1/4 cup! Don't expect these to arrive in one piece though - It'll go through a machine at the post office! Dried herbs are usually crushed before use anyhow. I will be removing the stem and any hardened bits because you can't use them and this will make it lighter for my FREE shipping!
