Vintage signed art piece 4.75" X 4.75" metal detailed scorpian with rock...wooden frame approx 1-1/8" tall with approx 3/4" recessed into frame/ Scorpian is metal and body appears to be painted gold and tail is dark as are the legs. Very lifelike. One tiny spot at left leg...a almost unperceptable gouge out of the plaster or what ever medium used (has a smooth slightly glossy finish) or whatever all is set in. Didn't see this until I got the camera. Could be filled in with anything light colored if one thinks necessary. I acquired this at at art show in Corpus Christi, Texas, about 40+ years ago. Back shows bracket ready to hang with only a few scuff marks on back. Otherwise in excellent vintage condition. Magnificent detail to the scorpian.
