The listing, Digital Drawn Human Portrait By Me has ended.

You are bidding on a DIGITALLY drawn Portrait of anyone that you would like me to draw. At the end of the auction all you have to do is email me a very clear detailed photo of the person or person's that you would like me to draw and within 10 days I will email you back a very large digitally drawn portrait of your choice. With the file that I send back to you, you will have full copyrights to get it printed, or use it any way you wish. I have been an artist all of my life and can draw any one that you wish me to draw. The examples are real drawings that I have done using my Wacom Tablet and Pen. You can take put the file on a thumb drive or burn it to a cd and take it anywhere and get it printed or you can even get it put on canvas and it will look exactly like an oil painting to hang in your home.

**After the auction and when I email the digital drawing/painting I will also give you the link to an awesome place that prints or copies the drawing onto a canvas, the size is of your choosing and they also have free shipping. When they are done this way they look just like an oil/acrylic painting and they are nice enough to hang anywhere.

*If you want more than one (1) subject in the drawing, please bid on two auctions or let me know in advance so I can list an auction just for the additional subjects whether it be human or animal. Thank you.

**MUST READ: The shipping is free because it will delivered by E-MAIL. You must submit to me your regular email to accept your image once it is completed.

Thanks again, and I fanned you already too. I try to stay up on any laws that pertain to art because I have been an artist for a very long time and I really don't like drama or trouble. I appreciate the support on my artwork too by the way!

Yes...I can draw anything portrait for you that you would want if you won this auction as long as the photograph belongs to you. Do not worry about anything, it is perfectly legal.

I only draw pictures from photographs that belong to the winner. They are not copyrighted at all. I have been doing this for years. This does not apply to what I am doing here. It is just like painting a portrait on canvas for someone. I have never had a problem with it and I have read all rules and regulations pertaining to what I am doing. There are a lot of new copyright rules and I am up on them. Thanks for the warning though....I will continue to list here as long as Listia allows it.

For anyone watching or planning on bidding...do now worry about the comment that was posted here by TheOwlHouseDesign...You will have NO problems with any sort of copyright rules or anything. I have been doing this for years and am up on all of the laws to the rights of the designs that I draw..they are all original and belong to me and I am allowed by law to draw them and share them with whomever I please.

hello sorry to bring this here. But i am in some nightmare emails with a buyer who bought a digital design and claims with the rules of Listia behind him that he owns it now with all copyrights (while the description says PU licence) And i cant list it anymore or sell that item anymore. Lisita support is slow but for all graphic designers who sell on Lisita you better get your items off till this is settled and clear. if you want the Listia conversation and with the buyer i can send them too you

If you are sorry to bring it here, then you shouldn't have. If you wanted me to know something you should have sent me a private message about any concerns you had instead of posting some long message here scaring my watchers and bidders off. Maybe you were only trying to be nice about it but you don't realize that since you posted this most of my watchers are gone. But anyway....your concerns do not include anything I am doing here, or have done in the past or will do in the future with my artwork. I do not resell anything that I have painted for anyone and never will.
