This is for a red kitty collar . It is new , still on the cardboard but has been in my storage for awhile. The stones are dingy but might be able to clean them up to shine again. I just do not have the time to do so. Diameter can go from 2.5" to 3.5". This one has some of the paint missing off the bell . Free shipping on this. I have 4 total that are on the auction block.
