nope! it is much bigger than a quarter! (i will take comparative photo later tonight) it does however have the quarter design on one side, and the mints design on the other, and its edge is rippled like a quarter!

i guess its a conversational piece lol it is a collectors, and can be sold as collectors or copper weight
