Just as seen on TV. I bought this thing last year for like ten bucks when my dog was still a puppy. Turns out that I never needed it since she doesn't really bark ever. Still brand new.

No it doesn't. I threw the box and stuff away when I bought it. All you do is put in the batteries and turn it on.

I turned out to never need it so it's never been used but everyone I've talked to says that they work wonders.

If it the kind that puts off a loud beep high pitch, I have one simular.It works for my dogs I pull it out and they run and go lay down
