It includes a tan tunic with black spots just like the Flintstones made from an XL T-shirt, a faux fur capelet with fake bones, two faux fur leggings with strips of T-shirt to wrap it around, and an extra piece of T-shirt with jagged edges to tie around your waist. There is also an extra fake bone and a hair tie to attach it in your hair. I wore brown stretch pants with this.
