Is this compatible with android devices?

Copied from the website: Android phones, such as the Google Pixel 5 and the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, can work with the charger. Your universal MagSafe ring may not charge as quickly. You can still use the ring to attach accessories.

Providing they support the same wireless charging standard (e.g. Qi), you can use any wireless charger with your smartphone. They don't need to be made by the same manufacturer.
