the spikes are very sharp. this collar is made for show dogs or to protect your dog from other dogs.
I used it for my dog but he decided it was more of a chew toy so that is why i posted a picture of the end being a little chewed. he didn't wear it for long as i had to find him a better home where he had a bigger yard. so I'm hoping maybe some one else out there can use it for there dog or maybe you want to use the spikes for something else. i do not know if the spikes come off and i would hate to try and mess it up on some one that wants it for their dog or whatever...
