I bought these for headaches, but i prefer heat.
My sister swears by them for migraines

I use for hot flashes but they dont stay cool 12HR when your body temp is thru the roof.
They cooled me down, though, and immediately .For sure.

They say up to 12HR, but realistically more like 6.

They dont leave a sticky gummy residue and they start working immediately.

They also make great little soothing patches for sunburn.

Great for scrapes and stings also

Seriously I would give this a shot. Even if you don't get them from me, you should give em a shot if you have headaches or hot flashes because I know for a fact they work wonderfully.
