This is week 14 of my Nutrisystem diet & am FEEL GREAT!I am down a little over 50 pounds ALREADY!

Every month I receive one of these daily planners with my shipment of food. trouble is, I can never remember to use them. so, I have 4 extra planners that I have NOT used! I am posting two of them in THIS auction & the other two in another auction along with my extra beanie baby-like bear for 10 pounds lost (yes, they send you a cute little stuffed bear for each 10 pounds you lose! They accidentally sent me two of the red, 10 pound bears, so I am passing one on in my other auction).

The planners are meant to be used as a companion to the Nutrisystem Success diet plan & has pages to record ALL of your daily food intake, water intake, exercise and weight. It also gives you a grocery guide that details what "smart carbs" you can have & what "power fuels" (proteins) you need to add. There are pages for your notes & a glossary of terms. These planners are a VERY important tool for use with your Nutrisystem diet & helps you keep track of what you have eaten already as well as what you still NEED to eat for the day to lose weight & get healthy.

Before I started Nutrisystem Success 14 weeks ago my blood sugars were consistently in the high 400's to mid 600's. I felt so sick ALL the time, was so tired & had no energy. all I COULD do was sit around, which was adding to my weight problem. I was on 3 different pills for my diabetes & 3 different injectable medications (2 insulins & another one to help me USE the insulin) & STILL my sugar was in the 400-600's ALL THE TIME! Now I am currently off all the injectable meds & I am feeling SO much better & have LOTS more energy & am actually able to get around a LOT better! AND THE FOOD REALLY IS GOOD!
