It's hard to get a good picture of this coin because of the glare off of the protective air tight container it's in.There were 9,999 of these Proof coins made by the American Mint in 2003 and this is number 2,481. It comes with a Certificate of Authenticity as you can see in the photos. The coin (and container), and the COA are in a plastic pouch with the mint logo.
It's a copper core clad in pure 24K gold. The entire weight is 32 grams, but I'm not sure how much the actual gold weighs.
It's approximately 1.6" in diameter.
This would make a nice addition to any coin collection and is sure to increase in value.
