The waistband on this tutu is adjustable and will fit from approximately an 18 month old to a 3 year old, depending on their size. Perfect for a Halloween costume! 5 of the colors have rose petals between the layers of tulle; the lime green doesn't have petals but does have an extra layer of tulle :)

i colllect old vintage blown glass and i got a few new as well, its just alot more money,but i love watching the blown glass competitions on tv
