Up for bid are mint, in damaged packaging, two Franklin Mint medals.

There is the 1967 Medal - Mother and Child. The back says "Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace, good will among men".

Also is the 1969 medal - Lion and Lamb. Back says "The back says "Blessed are the Peacemakers".

These were estate pieces, and the family removed part of the backs because they had personal information written on it. The medals themselves are still sealed.

I was going to put them in cardboard coin holders, but I did not have any that large, and I would have had to remove it from its original protective plastic. So it is up to the bidder to do what he wants.

Since they are mint, they can be repackaged to give as a gift to your favorite collector!
