New in box, was opened and tested. Great way to keep the yard clear and spring has almost sprung here in SC. Great addition to any gardening or yarding tools shed. No paper work it has 4 screws and a plug-in cord ,..should be doable without the instructions. Push power cable down enough for the 3 pieces to fit in a straight line,..insert bolts and tighten the attach the guard with the long screw. Enjoy !
