Corn Salad or Mâche (Valerianella locusta) is a tender salad green that grows best in cool weather. It has low rosettes of elongated, dark green leaves up to 4 inches long. Corn Salad is best grown in fall since it is winterhardy in zone 5 to 8, where it will grow and over-winter.

This is one of my favorite winter crops when lettuces are long gone. The flavor is excellent, mild and nutty.
Easy to grow and does not need much maintenance.

You get approx. 200 seeds harvested in June 2022.

I have been an organic gardener for the last 10 years and grow most of my plants from my own seeds. Since my garden produces an abundance I am happy to share my seeds with you.
