Up for bids is a super clean Scott #238 15 cent Columbian issue of 1893.This is from what I think is the most beautiful series of stamps the United States ever produced and is still a very desirable series with collectors.The stamp has great color and a cancel that is not to heavy and does not distract from the design.It has no perf damage,tears,rips,or thins.The stamp has great centering and the back is very clean.
