This was my mom's when she first married. She was very small then. It is 16" square and the waist with ties measures 64". 2 big pockets in the front. Material is still strong. It would fit a young child. She use to get in at the movies for a childs fare because she was so small. Over 78 years old. I hate to part with it but I have just so much room.
