Yes this can be used for prepaid but I'm pretty sure it does not have minutes on it. This is just a SIM card to put into a new phone.

It comes with what you see, I'm pretty sure that the activation code is on the back.
I got this from Listia and decided to not get a phone. Sorry if this is not helpful.

if you do the GIN amount I have on it and then change your ring to 8700 for your GIN then I will do that and we could trade that way because I get my credits right away and you would get your extra credits back as soon as I GIN...but we cannot do this unless we are talking on the phone because someone could snatch it out from under me as soon as you change your amount.
