It is approximately 17.5 inches in length. There is no serial/marking numbers to ensure that it is real silver so I would answer no. thank you for your interest and hope my answers were helpful!

minor description addition: the back of the heart is covered in small diamond-liked crystals. The front is much more interesting to me and elegant but go glam and flip it over! Forgot to take a picture of the back sorry guys! But it's an extra feature you hopefully are delightfully surprised to know :) Thanks for watching and bidding!!
