Except where required by law, Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
To redeem in-Store or via telephone provide your Gift Card or your eGift Card number and PIN to the Store sales associate.
To redeem online, enter the Gift Card and PIN found on the back of your Gift Card or eGift Card number and PIN included in your eGift Card email.
When you make a merchandise purchase with your WHBM Gift Card or eGift Card, the amount of your purchase plus any shipping/handling fees and sales tax, if applicable, will be automatically deducted from your available balance.
