Model # DC1510 comes with usb cord and a disc...really NOT sure if this camera works or not...I tried installing it on my puter...however my puter is Vista (which sux) and I could not get it to download
So this will be as is...and I will offer free shipping

does it turn on and off, and does it take pics and vids?

yes it turns off and on and takes pics not sure about videos...not sure if it works like the description states...it does not work on my laptop which has vista...
