I actually got this at an estate sale with a bunch of other old collectible tins, however I no longer am interested in collecting such things.

This tin is a large Victorian / Art Nouveau Style Easter Tin. It is decorated in a Robin's Egg Blue Background and a printed collage decoration of Victorian Easter Greetings and pictures. I believe the original metal on the inside was gold toned, however on the edges this color has rusted and developed a copper brown patina.

The tin is taller than it is wide and shaped like an Octagon.
The tin is about 8" high, 6" wide and about 4.25" deep.

It seems very old and is definitely vintage if not antique. The inside and bottom of the tin have that aged kind of rusted patina that old tins have.

I have provided pictures of the tin from all angles and close ups of some of the victorian Art Nouveau decorations and easter greetings.


I am not certain of its age.

The marks on the bottom are probably from previous price tags.
